Philharmonie de Paris
This series explores the architectural envelope of the Philharmonie de Paris, designed by Jean Nouvel. The building is distinguished by a formal language rich in visual metaphors, including motifs of the nest, birds, the serpent, and the piano.
These architectural elements interact with one another, expressing the intentions of the project: to create a dialogue between structure, movement, and symbolism. The architecture becomes a system of contrasts, where the serpent opposes the bird motif, and the nest supports and embraces the form of the piano.
The images highlight the relationship between human scale and monumental space, revealing how architectural photography allows us to read the tensions, rhythms, and intentions of a building through its geometry and visual metaphors.
